Presentation Guidelines

ORAL PRESENTATION

  1. The scheduled time for each presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by a 2 minutes discussion period.
  2. Projection will be made via a standard LCD/LED projector.
  3. Slides using powerpoint format must be handed to the technician in the Slide Preview Room at least 3 hours before the scheduled sessions.
  4. Since there is limited time for oral presentation, abstracts submitted as oral presentation may be asked to be presented to e-poster

e-POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. E- Poster file for presentation must be uploaded by on the e-poster section by 1st June 2025, following which no further upload will be allowed
  2. Poster must be saved in JPEG format with 9:16 ratio, portrait orientation.
  3. The top of your poster should have a label with the title and authors. Minimum size font is 12
  4. Authors of posters shortlisted for poster award shall be requested to present at a selected time
