ORAL PRESENTATION

  1. The scheduled time for each presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by a 2 minutes discussion period.
  2. Projection will be made via a standard LCD projector.
  3. Slides using powerpoint format must be handed to the technician in the Slide Preview Room at least 3 hours before the scheduled sessions.

POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. Posters must be mounted on the assigned board on 14th August 2024 (from 6 pm – 8 pm) or by 7.30 am 15th August 2024. 
  2. Poster size should be A0 or A1 paper size. The poster board itself is 1.0m (width) X 2.3 m (height).
  3. The top of your poster should have the title and authors, with font size of at least 70. Other major headings should be in font size of about 30-40, minor letterings should be at least of font size 20 and not less than 5 mm high after printing
  4. Authors of posters shortlisted for poster award shall be requested to present at a selected time 
  5. The Organising Committee will not be responsible for posters which have not been dismounted by the end of the congress.
