e-POSTER PRESENTATION
- E- Poster file for presentation must be uploaded by on the e-poster section by 5th April 2026, following which no further upload will be allowed.
- Poster must be saved in PDF/ JPEG format with 9:16 ratio, portrait orientation.
- The top of your poster should have a label with the title and authors.
- Authors of posters shortlisted for poster award shall be requested to present at a selected time.
- Design your poster as usual.
- The title and subheadings should be written in bold. Recommended to avoid italics as it would be harder to read.
- Illustrations are the most important part of the E-Poster and will attract the most attention. Colourful charts and graphs are the easiest to read. Explanatory illustrations should be used instead of text whenever possible.
- Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in your E-Poster.
- Make sure that any photographs or figures being used in the E-Poster are with sufficient size so that they are clearly visible. The number of photographs should be limited to only those that are essential and relevant for the E-Poster (preferable not exceeding 4-6 photos).
- Graphs and tables should be well organized, and the font used should be of a size that is easy to read.

- Minimum size of font will be 20 eg for references.
- Maximum file size 5 MB.
- Upload on congress website - log in, go to abstracts header and click on “E posters upload” – upload on the corresponding poster listed
- Authors of posters shortlisted for poster award shall be requested to present at a selected time
